She sprouted her first tooth this week. She's a cranky little bird.
Last night nothing made her happy. She kept arching her back and glaring at me. I was eating pizza. Yep. You know where this story is going. I gave her a tiny piece of soft crust with cheese on it. She gulped it down. And then another. And then another. And then I became one of those mothers who gives a 9 month old pizza. I can't believe it either. And NOW I'm one of those mothers that blogs about teething. Sheesh.
Teething is the pits.

I'd give anything to be one of THOSE bloggers, and I know you're cherishing every moment of it, even if it gives you a headache. :)
I hear ya! Teething is the WORST. Lily got her first 2 at SIX MONTHS so now every time she whimpers I fear the worst again :( If pizza makes the girl happy I'm all for it!
What girl doesn't like a little pizza? If nothing else, it will be a good experience and tempt her to try even more stuff off your plate.
Teething is rough rough rough.
teething is no fun! Lani has 12 teeth now and is apparently cutting what they call "stomach and eye (or ear)" teeth...poor things. Oregel seems to help, as well as those cold teething rings.
I haven't commented in a long time.....
But I love reading your blog. Many times, like this post, it just makes me smile and laugh.
Thanks for sharing fun stories about Jane. :)
Nothing wrong with either of those. Everything in moderation. Can't keep pizza from her forever.
Teething tablets have been a blessing in this household! Frozen bagels are also great for little ones to gnaw on. My daughter also loved when I put crushed ice in those little mesh teething things (it's a little mesh bag with a little handle on the end).
My son cut 6 teeth in his 10th month! We wouldn't have made it out alive without Baby Orajel! LOL
Jane is nine months old already? Where did the time go?????
I actually forget those days...or Bebe didn't share when she was teething too much. Nah, I actually forget a lot!
